im using s20 ultra 5g . 
i have reboot it .nothing change 
i did formatting once i will not do it again.
i have cleared cashes . still the same google play services keep draining for whole day . i guess samsung should see this to talk to google serivce to fix this issues

i can only recommend to turn off sync.. as we know google services works in background for all of its services installed on the phone.

i did before they format the phone and i have restored all apps again and still the same . nothing changed. i have no time to keep my phone two or three days without phone . if they can replace me directly better
