getting no software update

My phone is still on android 8.0. Didn't get any software update on my galaxy s9+ exynos variant. Device is not rooted.

Please try flashing it using odin on your pc. Or take it to the service center.

try the update using Samsung Smart Switch.
downlaod app on both phone and laptop.
connect the phone with laptop through usb and rest you will see intructions there.
please backup your data before moving to software update.
