yesterday I prebook galaxy s9+ at a shop BY giving 2000 rs., shop owner entered my mob.no. , mail I'd and some details.
still I did not get any mail or sms regarding prebooking confirmation from samsung...
can anybody help or tell what TO do...??
what are the advantages and benefits of prebooking..??

Pre-booking reserves a phone for you to buy on launch date. So you won't have to worry about phone being out of stock at launch. You should have pre-registered on the official Samsung Mobile India website instead of the a random shopkeeper. Speak to the shop manager and find out how the handle the pre-booking. Most likely they will pre-book and order a phone to their store on your behalf.
