I have been using Galaxy S9, in dual sim mode with both the sims 4G ready for almost over a year now.
From the begining i have been experiencing the issue of no mobile data working while i am on call through either of the sims regardless of the fact what sim mobile data i have chosen to be active.
Due to this i am unable to send/ recieve whatsapp messages, emails, get directions on maps or anything that is related to mobile data. However if i am connected to wifi, everything seems to work fine even while i am on a call.
if u select sim 1 for data then u can use seamlessly while calling if u choose sim 2 for data and your calling on sim 1 unable to use data or call at same time first u check which sim u have selected for data or calling...
