galaxy s8 battery life

Just bought the galaxy s8 a couple of days ago. Great phone but the only problem I encounter is the battery life. I have been getting below average battery life. Any help regarding the battery drain will be appriciated.

Avoid If you're putting your phone on charge over night.
Do not keep on charging your phone unless it's below 15%.
Go to device Management and check if your phone is on optimised for all the apps.
