Just got an s20. Even got the March update that included the camera issue corrections..didn't change a thing. The clarity on the s20 is worse than the s10 and certainly worse than the iphone 11 pro. Even in zoom. 

Also bad battery life with 120 hz display. Very disappointed.

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the camera issue:-

1) Clear the Cache of the camera (setting>>apps>>camera>>storage>>clear data and cache).

2) Perform the reset camera settings (Open camera app> Camera settings >reset setting).

3) check the Picture size (Camera Capacity) in camera setting (It should be Max according to Camera Capacity) or check by changing the aspect ratio.

4) Turn on/off the Auto flash as per requirement.

Further, please be informed support a maximum of 120 Hz refresh rate. Improved display refresh rate allows for more clear and smooth video quality when playing games with fast action and watching videos so it will drain the battery upto a certail level. To resolve the battery related issue please follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the given link: http://www.samsung.com/in/support/skp/faq/1101689
