hola, a mi me pasa lo mismo. y cuando trato de entrar desde galaxy members me sale que no esta habilitado para mi dispositivo.

same message for me too...i have called the samsung customer care..they told that they will get back to me..but nobody turned up..what to do now?

update ur galaxy Entertainer to the latest version.. mine worked :)
