Guys i bought s20 plus and m having problem in redeem for buds from samsumg shop the otp is been receiving in another number not the actual one on which my phone was activated. Does anyone know what to do?

remove sim 2 and only try with the pre booking sim in Sim 1.

i have only started using sim 2 after i have redeemed my buds

remove samsung shop app and register again with pre booking sim in sim 1

also check with your dealer if he did pre booking for you.

lastly you can call the Samsung shop helpline number and register a complaint 1800107267864

My friend had the same problem. What he did is that he put the sim1 in slot2, and sim2 in slot1. Now he is getting the OTP on his registered number.
