You people made a fool out of a serving army officer and made me run in circles for 40 days and now you offer me battery replacement. How sick.. why should i have brand new s20 plus repaired when problem is acknowledged.. why not replacement? Is samsung so cheap that you are playing fraud with your own 10 year loyal customers. Sick **bleep** you are, even within 14 days of purchase.. You messed with a wrong person now..i will launch a proper media campaign as well as legal suit for harassment and fraud. Watch out shitsung

what to do..after 40 days now they say we will replace battery.. my question is why? when i reported within 14 days then why not replacement?
