Level block: 3 blocks (0~8)

Does the number 3 mean the battery is bad because it's way lower than 8?

Update:

I looked it up and now I know what to look at haha. What's important is the range of blocks (0~8). My phone battery is currently at block 3 which shows the  space which the charge (26%)  currently occupies.

Thanks for this informative post which saved me from worrying I might need an upgrade. This phone has been with me since 2016 and am not replacing it unless it's really broken. It's still in good shape.

My samsung galaxy S9 has been heating from few days....So i've done some interactive checks on Samsung members... it showed that it has a battery problem that need to be fixed by visiting samsung service center...So i went there...They told that it was a software problem and Cleared the problem by installing the new software again.....And it is fine for 2 days .....but after a small update ..it is showing the same....Plz help me finding out this!!!
