Does anyone facing issue with fast charging in S10? It is taking too much time to charge.

No issues in charging. Although battery life has reduced drastically in a couple of months

1. Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.

Yes, I'm facing the same issue with my S10. it's not fast charging instead it shows cable charging and it takes more time to charge.

Similar in my case also...Still don't know what's the issue. But I have seen that when surrounding temperature is less it Starts charging fast.
