fast charging issue

my s8 plus is not charging fast with the fast charger..it says slow charging, does anyone have the solution for it, pls tell me..

check your charger cable it might be not supporting fast charge or it might have a problem, I suggest to buy a new original one

it is orginal charger, came with my phone,fast adaptive charger.

then check another switch if it didn't work contact the place you bought the phone from

i have the same issue, i changed my original charger with my original tab s3 charger.. same issue..it charges as cable charge

go to settings... device maintenance... select battery ... in the top corner you'll see the three dots open it ... then select the second option
