failed to load please try again later

if i unlock may phone there's always pupping-up "Failed to load please try again later" but i didn't use any application. i try to restart my phone but there still "Failed to load please try again later" help me please.

go to mobile setting>apps> click on 3 dot on top right corner > reset all apps performance.> then check it..!
