Following an update of the software of my phone Samsung 7 edge I have more access to my sd card which has been encrypted on the same phone. How to recover my photos and videos please

sorry you can not. when you upgraded there was a warning... you were suppose to backup everything.

i am facing the same problem. cant decrypt my SD card on same mobile phone

I had decrypted mine on the same phone. I have encrypted it in marshmallow, upgraded to nougat and tried to decrypt in nougat version. Works perfectly fine i still have my pictures, mp3, etc on my sd card.
