Are you using any theme? If, then try to check this by using default theme..

And, I can see your device blue light filter is off..so that's fine..

Switch your display mode to vivid and check..also check your display screen mode settings..

Use a different color profile. Display>Screen Mode> Adaptive Display then change the settings here until you get a clear white.
