display punch hole camera issue

I have white ring kind of light emitting near the front punch hole camera of my galaxy s20 plus.

It is visible too much in dark room with low brightness and in gray or little dark background. Its annoying too much.

I don't know whether its a software issue or display problem. I don't even know whether its normal but irritating too much.

Can anyone help me know whats the issue is?

Its even more brighter than the image attached.

I have already removed the pre applied one and did not put any.

That's funny, I have the same exact issue on my note 20 ultra and went to the service center TWICE and they refused to fix it

Mine looks exactly like yours! Makes it looks really crappy everytime I look at it.

My warranty has expired, would they still cover this, does anyone know? The problem happened since a few weeks before warranty expired and I thought it would be fixed with software update or something.
