device overheating after Android 10

My S9+ keeps overheating all the time even with little activity. 

I have switched off backgroud refresh and put all the unnecessary apps to sleep better but still it will go to 37-39°C within no time.

Also heating during charging even though i switch off my phone whil its charging.

Does anybody else also feel their device is over-heating after updating to Android 10m

Bro use good quality back cover bad quality difficulty in heat dissipation.

i am only using a skin nothing else.. and skin is so light..

boss refresh your phone, back up your data and hard reset

problem will go away!
