why do I always need to restart my phone every time I shift from WiFi to data usage? any same scenario with your galaxy s7 edge?

you could wait for some time before taping the data usage on for a few minutes. it helps

thanks brie..I never turned off the data usage and the issue was solved..but I will try your advice as I don't want to turn on the data usage all the time..thanks again!
