I would like to bump this 2017 request up by replying, though I have an XCover phone so not sure this is the right place.
Before starting a new thread obvs I looked for "data saver quick panel button" first, found this one (expected more actually), the admin reply is so nice it sounds sarcastic. Anyway, I don't see why it can't be implemented.
