it depends on the apps you use...

well, if the apps you use the most also support native Dark mode then the battery difference is huge. Otherwise, you will not see much of a difference.

It effects battery a lot.
The display use a lot of power to show you white and other colors but consume very less power to show black colors because samsung amoled display don't
light leds in the area having black colors.
This in turn saves your battery a lot at screen on time and display.
