dark mode issue on s10 lite

'Apply to dark mode to wallpaper' option is not working if dark mode is turned on via ''turn on as scheduled ''option 
It works if dark mode is enabled manually, is this a bug ,any facing the same pls let me know
I have attached the video for the same for clear understanding

Im using galaxy s10 lite running one ui 2.5 
As u can see when toggling' apply dark mode to wallpaper 'during 1st half of the video nothing happens but when night mode is on manually the option works
