damage on earpiece protection

Hello  recently bought s20 fe 5g but the problem is i saw a damage which i dont know how to describe on the ear speaker i will post my phones ear phone speaker can you guys send me your s20 fe 5g ear phones speaker so as to compare whether i have damage or nothalf of it is covered another half is inside making sounds whenever i shake it please give me a clarity guys

As it's look like little used or activated mobile..
Mostly samsung phones which were sold by online grand festival days are not fresh like offline...
U need to replace with new one if are under 10days replacement policy..

If it is under 10daya claim replacement by Amazon app in your order status and need to put reason for that..
