country change

Hi I need some advice o  how to change country of origin on my S8+. I was in Dubai but am now in Australia and want to connect to android auto but being told not able as not available in this country

try to install local firmware and i guess its would be good

setting reset or restore will ask to set country. so change from there
(1st or 4th option)
