Recently this error "config data fetching failed"  pops up frequently on the screen.. any solution for this ?

Same here. Unable to detect which app is causing this. Most probably a Samsung app as it is active in the background.

same here. unable to find the app creating the problem. some said its because of location services being turned on for some apps.

I changed most of the apps access to location only at use.. and kept it always use for key google and samsung apps.. and uninstalled apps that are not used at all... it has stopped.. not sure which one has resolved it.. but the error is not appearing now. perhaps try checking that.
