charging issue

I just started noticing that my s10 lite only charges when the usb c cable is inserted one way as i change the orientation the phone does not charge as with type c cable the device can be charged both upside down and with non pd chargers the device charges normally and again if i change orientation it shows fast charging. I am on latest android 11 not updated to android 12. Is anyone facing same issues and also would like to know what are the issues with the new update as well

I cleaned the usb c port using the plastic narrow side of the floss and the tissue paper but use the tissue which does not tear easily. Just slightly wet the tissue with disstled water and using the floss clean the usb c port just remember not to apply heavy pressure just with light hands and then do same with dry tissue and let the phone be still for 1hr do not instantly charge the phone to check. And the fast charging will start working.

Yes as i mentioned that with type b to type c the charging works but only one side accepts the fast charging which will be 15to18 watts and type c to c it only supports one side charging while other side does not charge the device. I also cross checked with the s20 fe but there charger and cable is working properly.

Type c to c inbox cable with inbox charger and type b to c refers as other cable.

Then issue might be with type c to c that came inbox.

No that same cable is working fine with the s20 fe

Same problem in my s10 lite. That's your charging port issue as telling by Samsung customer care. And change cost around 1700rs..
