i m not able to charge my phone in fast charging mode nor my type c earphones are working
also the cable is only working from one side while charging.

is it a software issue or hardware??
samsung india pls confirm??

once please cheak charging cable and device charging port also .....it's basically happened for either software or for damage of charger as well as charging port ....better once factory reset your device once then check its because software glitches can do that maximum times

cant do that because i have important app that lets me connect my phone office vpn

ok carefully take backup then try......see if you suppse to visit service center then also they will do the same as they will flash firmware first ...so better take backup then reset your device properly......not only from backup and reset section,,just after that from factory mode also you have to reset..i think problem will be solved....it's software glitch may be

charger and cable are working perfectly fine for other devices

then once factory reset your device ...if then also it will not work then have to repair device charging port

it could be a hardware issue too if you can visit a service center it would be best.

also try this, go in get help section of this app and then click on phone care then interactive checks and then usb
