I have several fast chargers and every single one that I plug into my phone will state "fast charging" for a few seconds... then the bottom of the screen a little splash will appear and the notification panel will change the state of charging from "fast charging" to "cable charging"
how can i fix that issue

The issue can be due to several reasons.

Firstly clear your "system cache" before you charge your phone the next time.
