cannot access my files

Each time i try to open MY FILES i get ' my files suddenly stopped ' . how can i fix this ? thanx.

Just go to settings > apps > my files > storage > clear data.. Then go to Galaxy apps > my application and check for updates

There is 3 phone apps do the same for all of them

first check for Updates.. if you have any updates you should do that.
