Ok. Empty your secure folder
> Open secure folder
> click on 'add files' and choose your photos
> Click on the three dots
> Settings
> Backup and restore
> Backup secure folder data
> TICK ONLY PHOTOS (UNTICK ALL OTHER OPTIONS)
> Press 'backup'.
It's working fine.

i tried the same step u have mentioned here, i tried to backup images only, and i also tried backup every options. still it says something went wrong

Is your network working fine. Check whether you can watch hd videos without interruption. Check again with a good network

yes, my internet works fine and i can see youtube video well in hd also also there is no issue when i upload image to samsung cloud outside secure folder, only inside secure folder having this issue

It just seems like a network issue only. I have faced the same now. I think it needs a perfect connection to get things done. Just try them during off- peak hours. Waiting for your feedback. Thank you.

You will get it by 'restoring', if you have backed it up earlier. You may also get it if the automatic backup is turned on.

Goto gallery from secure folder and check for recycle bin from the three dots menu. (availability depends on the device)
