I am not sure that this functionality is available in Camera App as a default Option.. Yes, but you can add these stamps in Photo Edit option through in built Photo Editor....Since it was not available as a default option till Series 10 handsets....

There is no time stamp..you have to search some 3rd party apps for this feature..but date stamp is available
Open gallery>select any image>click on edit pen>now here at the bottom select stamp section>now click on calendar like stamp icon>here find date and device stamp..
