call waiting

In S10   when I call to someone  if he have call is  not showing " call waiting " same in s9  .. ?

I have to do something or this opinion is not available right now?

Call waiting is a service provided related feature. You have to call the customer care to know more about call waiting. 

Yoou can check call waiting settings by going into Dialer App > Call Settings > Supplementary Call Services > Call Waiting.

Check the toggle is on or not.

I mean if the other line have waiting is not showing me that he have other call same before in S9
