Calls not getting recorded on S8 after oreo update and many times only one side voice is recorded not both times. This is happening randomly and has no set pattern

Thus, this operation is an intended behaviour. However, some 3rd party application developers have found a detour to record each voice during calls and applied it to their apps. Those applications have been working in previous Samsung devices whereas is blocked in S9/S9+ devices due to improved call recording solutions.
