call issues

guys i am facing a issue on s10 plus.... whenever i am on call .... i am unable to receice calls when i am on call..... no missed call no notification nothing shows up ...... please if anyone could help me in resolving this......

open phone app -->3 dots , settings, supplementary services then activate call waiting.

I think, you should check call waiting option inside call settings..
