bugs introduced in September's patch hasn't been fixed even in October's update

Issue with s20plus...The screen blinks and also automatically switches back to the portrait after few minutes while watching the video in landscape mode..eg youtube video..When such simple bugs aren't prioritized that too for a flagship lineup of devices...not sure what kind of loyalty samsung expects from their customers..all I hear is send the logs...send the error reports....one simple question is can't they reproduce the error in house???..even after sending the error logs and wasting my time the issue is still there...its really frustrating to own a buggy device even after paying a premium for it ......is anyone facing the same issue as mentioned above????
