i have claimed the bluetooth buds offered with every samsung s20 purchased and are still awaiting them how can one find out about this ?

Hi Dave, I got my S20+ quite early one before the promotional period even started. I claimed by buds + and they said the waiting period was 3 - 4 weeks. I actually received my buds + after 2 weeks and they are amazing. I am sure by now many more people are claiming at the same time thus you may have to wait the actual 3 - 4 weeks for delivery, defiantly worth the wait though.

There should be a benefits tab to click on in Samsung members App. Click it, and should take you to all your available benefits which should be for claiming the buds+ and the Samsung care banners. Click on the banner for the buds+ and follow the steps. If the banner is not there than I suggest you speak with Samsung customer care but I can't remember correctly, there were a limited number of buds+ to be claimed, best to ask Samsung customer care. Good luck.
