I purchased an S26 Ultra with a complimentary A11 Tab. When I contacted support regarding the voucher in the benefits section, they completely rejected my claim, stating there were no details associated with my IMEI number and they could not assist me further. However, I purchased the device through the official flagship Daraz store, and they clearly advertised the gift and the redemption process.

There are some issues in this regard, some s26 series are purchased then their taxes paid. So some major issues are being reported on many platforms. Even some IMEIs aren't updated on the company's server & all.
