The news card will be available on the Samsung daily page (new version of Bixby home). It will be there at the left end of your homescreen pages.(Swipe right from home) If you haven't activated that page, press and hold any empty space and swipe right and then switch ON the toggle at the top. Now click the three dots and select 'cards'. Select the cards you want. You will see 'Flipboard' (or news). You can also 'reorder' the cards and make your preferred card on the top. There is also an option to add app icon to homescreen.(Click Settings from three dots). Thank you.
