Dear Samsung my S7 Edge is not getting charge more than 87 from 2 days. plz help

My S7 Edge battery gets heated up although I close all applications. It gets so hot that I cannot hold it and have to shut it down for 10.minutes. Restarting does not help in cooling it down

hi.i had same experience.u must disconnect your charger from your phone and connect it again after 1 minute..it can help u...i hope

i Play pes2017/ff4/chaosring3/yugioh all good not heat
check your setting people for each app
i watch over every app i install
play= 5% per hour
