i bought s20 fe from Dubai , suddenly my fone stop and give some software corruption warning

i went to Dubai mall and try to claim warranty after waiting 40 mins the guy came and took my fone inside the lab

and guess what he say this fone is middle east version but from oman , you must go to oman to get the warranty

They have very bad attitude with customer and refuse to repair phones by any reason
