apps not working

Hi good day can someone pls help my apps keep closing after opening them...some open bt the pop up appears after 30sec in a app "to stop or report the issue" pls help coz I'm gonna smash this damn phone...it's a S21+

I have this same problem on my s9 since yesterday. Can't find any solution...

- Delete Webview app update : Settings > Apps > Search Webview > Tab Android System Webview > Tap more (three vertical dots) >
Uninstall updates
If you cannot search the Webview in Apps menu, please find the Chrome and tab more (three vertical dots) and then Uninstall updates.
