Yes bro I tried it. But it said it was unable to locate my phone. When I clicked on remote unlock. It said request processed and queued. and nothing happened. Ultimately I had to FACTORY reset my phone. Even after resetting the BIOMETRICS are disabled.

I tried but of no use. Haven't formatted my phone, hoping some solution might pop out.

When I tried to unlock via find my device it can't because my remote unlock is off in my phone and now I can't on it due to pattern error it is asking for pattern there too.
I think Samsung should release update soon. it's matter of data and privacy 😣

Bro atleast you have formatted you phone and now using it. I have not even formatted it bcoz i dont have a backup. How to factory reset? Did you have a backup?
