My s10 lite fingerprint is not working perfectly most of the time.while registering also it is not that smooth.only on certain postion the finerprint is working.

I've only had my s10 lite a couple of months, it's rarely worked. Since the last update it hasn't worked at all. It's a basic need for security and I just keep getting told to run tests and factory reset. It doesn't work!!

Hey, unsure if someone actually answered your question but I watched this youtube video (s10) but I think it did the trick for my s10 lite. I am testing it for the past couple of days and its improved a lot:

Having similar problem here with a brand-new S10 lite, OOTB yesterday, no screen protector of any kind. I registered 3 fingerprints, today one of them stopped working, so I removed it and tried to register again, but it fails every time. Any solution?

only solution i found is that you have to register multiple fingerprints of the same finger/thumb. it'll work fine.
