Iam facing mic problem only while caling using loudspeaker

there must be dust in noise cancellation mic get it clear. mic is located on top of right side. kindly click on 3 dots and accept solution if its work

Hi there,

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:
1- Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->Mic).
2- Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.
3- Check for the latest device O/S (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
