most probably due to samsung update experience and probably a speculation. that's why he knows

well andorid oreo come to samsung after more then a year after release and Samsung still send updates on 8.0 so don't expect it will be soon

S10 will be launched with android 9 next year, so all others set will get after that

all I found about android P that it will be available after Galaxy X or 10 down then Note 9 .. S9 and S9+ ... S8 and S8+ and Note 8 they all get that android even Google Pixel 2 already have it since it's belong to Google I guess
