Spotify is best for online & offline.. Apple Music is also good for perfectly timed lyrics (available only when online)..

the quality is way more different when compared with Samsung music try it for yourself (i have changed a lot of things in Samsung music equalizer) which might be the reason for the same

I didn't noticed any difference in any of the music app when listening through built in speaker or AKG headphones of my S9+. But, yeah when i connects my Sony XB 700 wireless headphones then observed the quality of music on spotify bit on lower side as compare to Samsung Music player & Apple Music.

even in akg headphones i felt difference keep the volume at 80% and then see the change..
