smetymz it goes automatically silent means logo is on general mode and all volumes are full but thn too it wil jus vibrate after few couple of hrs it jus becomes normal and second thing youtube smetym playback retry error like i have to restart my phne for playing videos and third for the third party application like hike messenger application notification vibrates only and fourth names interchange of contact for ex friend lina named her contact no got changed like same of my other friend means contacts gettting created automatically duplicates of various combination of my friends name in contacts please fix all bugs

your problems solutions ::::

1.Uncheck Do Not Disturb Settings
2.yeah i was facing the same problem with chrome but not yet in You tube
3.i dont know exacty but you could check hike settings
4.I am facing the same problem and contact crashing but after examining i come to conclusion that the contacts link with whatsaap creating problems

Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your concern. Let me recommend some steps to further isolate and determine what you are experiencing. Please be aware that device speeds may vary based on multiple outside factors. It appears that there may be a third party app or other program that may be leading to what you are experiencing. Placing your device in safe mode disables all third party apps upon startup, to help determine if the use of a third party app is interfering with your device .restart your phone in safe mode. While your phone is powered off, press the power button to turn on the phone, once you see the Samsung logo appear press the volume down key and hold it until you have completely booted up. Also, the relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
