Youtube video halt issue on S21

I've recently had an issue with the YouTube app.

When I move the video forward or backward, it seems to pause for 3 to 5 seconds.

I've tried deleting the data, clearing the cache, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing seems to work.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Please provide a solution for me.

Yes even I am facing the same issue in my Galaxy S21 Plus. The video pauses but the sound continues to play in the Youtube video.

Infact My s7 edge is working fine with youtube.
