Galaxy S1. Go to Settings
2. Click 'Modes and Routines'
3. Go to the Routines tab
4. Click on the + button in the top-right corner of the screen
5. Click the 'Add what will trigger this routine' button
6. Click on the Search bar
7. Search 'App opened'
8. Scroll till you find 'YouTube'. Then select it and click 'Done'
9. Click the 'Add what this routine will do' button
10. Click 'Display'
11. Click 'Brightness'
12. Change the brightness to a suitable one (recommended: 100%). Then, click 'Done'
13. (Optional) You can also click on 'Adaptive Brightness' on the same page and click 'Off' and click 'Done'
14. Click 'Save' when you're redirected to the routine-making page
15. The button will redirect you to the naming and icon page. Give it a name, icon and colour of your choice.
16. Click 'Done' and your routine is made.
So, whenever you open the YouTube app, it will always stay at a suitable brightness and will never change. It will never scale down.
I hope this helps you. Thanks
