Relevant department thinks that the issue is only affecting me and has too big ego to admit that it is indeed a problem in their update with 100s of users glibally. They have asked to factory reset my phone.

You are too afraid that your phones will start exploding and so you have disabled FAST charging

even after media has reported that there is indeed a problem.

you still disagree and want users to factory reset phone and visit service center rather than fixing the problem through an update.

Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your concern. We apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that we suggest basic troubleshooting steps for the user to rectify the issue and resolved it. If same issue persist we suggest to visit the service center to get the device inspect physically by the service engineer. However you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports) on basis of which our team can rectify the issue and provide software update.

Be sure to hit ♡ when you find an answer that works for you.
