Wynk Music control on lock screen s22+

I'm unable to find option to enable wynk music control on lock screen of my S22+. Can someone please help ?

Its frustrating to have to unlock device just for music control.

Once go to lock screen settings and click edit widgets and check if music is on

Yes it is on. Still the same.
